Refund & Returns Policy

At Samdishk Hand Casting, we create personalized and custom-made 3D hand casting sculptures. Because each piece is specially made for the customer, our refund and return policy is limited.

Custom Products

All our products are custom made and personalized, therefore returns are generally not accepted once the casting process has started.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation may only be possible before the casting process begins.

Damaged Product

If the product is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Refunds

Refunds may only be considered in special cases such as:

• Product damaged during delivery
• Manufacturing defect

Refund approval will be at the discretion of Samdishk Hand Casting after reviewing the issue.
