This policy applies to Handcast.in, a brand operated under Samyak Solution (Proprietor: Deepakbhai N Solanki).
At Handcast.in, we create personalized and custom-made 3D hand casting sculptures. Since each product is uniquely crafted for the customer, our refund and return policy is limited.
Custom Products
All our products are custom-made and personalized. Therefore, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted once the casting process has started.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible before the casting process begins.
Damaged Product
If your product is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with clear photos of the damage. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Refund Policy
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
- Product damaged during delivery
- Manufacturing defect
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Samyak Solution.
